Shipping Costs and Delivery

1) Admission Tickets (Exhibitions / Events)

No shipping costs are charged for admission tickets or tickets for events.

Upon completion of the purchase, the ticket will be made available to the customer as an electronic ticket (online ticket).
The online ticket may either be printed by the customer or presented in digital form by displaying the QR code on a smartphone at the point of admission.

2) Personalised Fragrances (Shipping within Germany and the European Union)

For the dispatch of personalised Eau de Toilette products, the following shipping and handling fees apply:

Delivery within Germany:
€6.19 postage plus a handling fee of €0.80 per order
(applicable to shipments of up to 10 bottles of 30 ml each)

Delivery within the European Union:
€14.49 postage plus a handling fee of €0.80 per order
(applicable to shipments of up to 10 bottles of 30 ml each)

All deliveries are made via DHL, are insured, and include shipment tracking.
