No Right of Withdrawal for Tickets & Personalised Products
Please check before completing your order whether a right of withdrawal applies.

A right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

1) Dated Admission Tickets & Tickets (Exhibition / Events)
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
This applies in particular to the purchase of admission tickets for the exhibition on a specific date as well as tickets for events (e.g. workshops, tastings, concerts).
Legal basis: Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2) Individual Fragrances
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies in particular to personalised, individual perfumes.
Legal basis: Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Note on vouchers:
The right of withdrawal does not apply if a voucher has already been redeemed in full or in part.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sensoria – Haus der Düfte und Aromen, Obere Straße 45, 37603 Holzminden, Germany, e-mail: kontakt@sensoria-holzminden.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
